WNYIT 2022 is BACK in-person!

For STUDENTS, By STUDENTS!

The WNYIT (Western New York Information and Technology) Conference is an opportunity for students in WNY to connect with peers and industry partners about education and career paths that align with their passions.

The conference will be comprised of multiple 45-minute sessions relating to STEM.

The Innovation Exhibition Conference from the Erie 1 BOCES Envisions Program is a showcase of 8th grade student work from 5 WNY districts.

Why WNYIT?

WNYIT is a conference designed by students, for students. WNYIT can expose students to various fields related to STEM and Technology and connect them with local industry professionals and gain expertise from them. WNYIT presenters have the opportunity to make those professional connections and interactions and can also build skills such as public speaking, planning, and meeting deadlines. WNYIT participants can learn about the field or subject the presenter is passionate about and consider these as options for future career paths.
